“I had booked through Expedia and accidentally booked a day later than intended. I tried to switch when I got there, but they said I had to call Expedia to do so. I called Expedia, they said they would have to call the hotel to do so. They said they couldn’t get a hold of the property and said I would have to book the original night I had intended while I was there and they said they would send an email to try to resolve the payment I had already made. “We booked here expecting the pool to be open, but it wasn't. The Owner didn't seem to understand the importance of a swimming pool for two adolescent girls after a full day of flying. We were so frustrated that we left the key and checked in at another motel half a mile away....that had it's pool open!!”
